The Kirtland Temple

The last part of our trip was going over to tour the Kirtland Temple. I was anxiously awaiting to see the inside. This might be very rude to say, but our tour guide didn't seem to know too much, so I was a little disappointed.

So, even though a lot of my questions went unanswered, it was amazing to think of how the pioneers built this beautiful structure. So much time and effort was put into building a "House of The Lord" and then to just turn and leave it behind. What faith they must have had. I take way too many things for granted. I am so grateful for all that they did for us.
